The client agrees that the commission is for personal use only.
If the customer wishes to use the artwork for commercial purposes, this must be disclosed when asking for the slot, as it will affect the final price.
Every artwork will be signed and the client does not have permission to edit or delete it.
The final artwork will be delivered in .PNG format.
Because my commissions are a digital good, there is no shipping. The completed order will be marked as ''Order processed''.
Do not copy, trace or steal any image that has been created by me.
Customers are not permitted to use the commissions for technology related to generative AI, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or cryptocurrency.
My Terms of Service are subject to change from time to time.
Full payment in advance through PayPal or Ko-fi, and only in EUR (€)
Payments must be made within 3 working days after the price has been agreed upon. If payment is not made within the agreed time, this will be taken as if you are no longer interested in the commission and the slot will be awarded to someone else.
Large payments will be split in two: 50% upfront and 50% is due once the artwork is halfway completed
To place the order, you must provide the following info: Type of commission, references (illustrative images), explanation of the idea and any details about the artwork you are looking for (personality, expression, pose, scene, geographical space, etc.)
The stages a drawing goes through are 1. sketch, 2. base colors, 3. coloring and shading, 4. rendering, and 5. finished.
You will be able to make any changes you see necessary at the sketch stage. After the sketch is approved, you will not be able to make any more changes..
In case you wish different versions of the same drawing, such as changes in outfits, color or background variations, you must notify it at the sketch stage. If that is not the case, you will have to pay an additional fee.
I will not send WIPs unless you request them.
You will only be allowed to make minor changes (color or small details) when the artwork is finished.
Major changes after the sketch stage, will have an extra amount of 25% of base price. Major changes are considered to be any modification that may affect the composition of the work or that its realization will add one (1) or more extra days of work. You must consult the artist if the type of change you want is considered major or minor.
For commercial use, where the owner derives some form of profit from it, an additional 75% to 100% will be charged.
100% refund in case the work has not been started.
40% refund in case the work is in the sketch stage.
20% refund in case the work is in base colors or color and shading stage.
Work in the rendering stage or finished will not be refunded.
The commission will be refunded in full in case I, the artist, decide to cancel it.
Chargebacks made after the end of the commission will not be valid.
Send me a message. The longest I’ve ever taken to reply to a message has been 1–2 days.
Check my social media activity. While I’m not usually very active on Twitter (x), I am active on Bluesky and Discord.
If I don’t respond, send a message to one of these people: (Twitter) @rechiigu, @Shieol1, @rekume.
In the event that something happens that I believe could put my life in danger, I will send you a message with instructions to follow.
If I have passed away, request a refund from PayPal.
I, the artist, own all rights to the artwork produced, not the client, therefore, I have the right to use the work for promote myself on any site or page and use canceled orders for personal projects or as a basis for other commissions.
Ask for the commission to be private, in which case, I will not be allowed to publish it in any place or page, as long as I do it at the moment the order is placed or just after it is finished. No claims will be accepted days after the delivery of the drawing.

Claim the right to your character(s) but not to the artwork itself.
Use the work to promote yourself on your pages, always giving proper credit to the artist. (name, @ in social media, or direct links to Albiecatt's twitter, bluesky, instagram or carrd page)
